MetroWest Tikkun Leil Shavuot event

The MetroWest Jewish Community, representing a dozen synagogues and organizations, will join together in person for a Tikkun Leil Shavuot, a program of celebration and study, on Thursday, May 25 at Temple Israel in Natick (145 Hartford St., Natick). • 5:30 PM – Shavuot Shababa (Shavuot songs and stories for kids and adults)

• 6:45 PM & 7:45 PM – Workshops
• 8:45 PM – Keynote speaker Rabbi Becky Silverstein on “Embodying Torah: Creating Halakah and Ritual that Celebrates Trans Lives”
• 9:45 PM – Maariv, Ten Commandments, and learning in memory of Rabbi Harold Kushner
