Would you like to know more about legacy giving at Beth El? Designating Beth El as a partial beneficiary of your estate is easy. More importantly, it is a dependable way to ensure that your values live on.
We are fortunate to host Shira Kraft, Associate Vice President for Gift Planning and Endowment at Combined Jewish Philanthropies, for an introductory presentation to begin Beth El’s legacy giving campaign. She will explain the deep meaning of adding a gift to Beth El to your estate planning and answer questions about the mechanics of creating a personal legacy. Congregants can complete a “tell me more” form and request a meeting with a Beth El member who can answer questions and help guide the process.
Legacy gifts can come from an estate of any size. A legacy gift can enable individuals to make larger gifts than they can make from ordinary income. And any promise of a legacy gift is completely revocable. We are attaching a copy of the introductory letter about legacy giving to Beth El that you received last fall. It speaks of legacy as a meaningful way to assure the future of Beth El for generations to come. Address questions to legacygiving@bethelsudbury.org
