Purim 2026 at Beth El

Fulfill a Purim Mitzvah – Donate to Yad Chessed!

From now until Purim Day (11am on Tuesday, March 3rd), you can donate to Yad Chessed to fulfill the Purim mitzvah of Matanot LaEvyonim

For over 35 years, Yad Chessed has worked to address the needs of Jews in Greater Boston and beyond who struggle with financial and food insecurity. With the support of donors and partner organizations, including Beth El, Yad Chessed distributes grocery gift cards to those in need on Purim day. To be part of this effort to fulfill the mitzvah on the day of Purim, we must receive your donation by 11am on Tues. March 3. Please bring cash or checks made out to “Yad Chessed”.
