Family-Friendly Programs:
Family Rosh Hashanah at the Farm
A family-friendly celebration at a small farm in Concord, with hands-on holiday activities. Enjoy apple and pumpkin picking, ice cream and cider making, flower bouquets, and Rosh Hashanah songs!
Tashlich by the Water
Take part in the ancient tradition of Tashlich at neighboring Gray Reservation, symbolically casting away the things we want to leave behind as we enter the new year. Adults, kids, and dogs are all welcome!
Yom Kippur Family Service & Youth Activities
Begin Yom Kippur with a short, musical, and engaging family service led by our clergy. Afterward, K–7 students and teens can join age-appropriate activities with our educational team, while childcare is available for toddlers and young children during the main services.
Sukkot & Harvest Family Festival
Celebrate Sukkot with music, fall treats, and hands-on family activities, including decorating the sukkah, painting pumpkins, making candles and garlands, and creating lulav and etrog art. All taking place at Beth El’s beautiful garden and large sukkah.
