Kayaking with Beth El is back! Once a month grab your paddles, meet us at the Sudbury River, and float under the full moon. Monthly full moon kayaking will happen on either the day of or day before the full moon depending on weather. Please sign up to indicate interest and be informed 2-3 days before each full moon which of the two days is chosen. Location: Water Row in Sudbury near the intersection of Route 128. Please note this location does not offer kayak rentals. If you have an extra kayak to share or would like to join but need a kayak, please email outdoors@bethelsudbury.org. Parking: Park on the side of the road where other cars will be parked. It will still be light upon arrival. Preparation: Bring a kayak, paddle, filled water bottle, and flashlight along with anything else you need to feel comfortable — bug spray, extra layers, etc. We will provide glow sticks to attach to your kayak for visibility on the water. Accessibility: The path to the water is uneven and may be difficult to traverse for those with mobility difficulties. If you need assistance transporting your kayak from car to river, community members will be available to assist.
