Please join Cantor Vera for an 11-session class for adults on Haftarah trope, in person only. Together we’ll learn the melodic punctuation system that teaches us how to chant sacred Jewish text from the Prophets (K’tuvim) aloud. This class will focus on learning the Haftarah melodies, and the names, of the t’amim (trope signs). Students should feel comfortable reading Hebrew phonetically from punctuated text.
We’ll meet from 7:00pm-8:30pm on the following Monday evenings:
