Janie Cohen, director of the Fleming Museum of Art at the University of Vermont, will speak via Zoom on the recent initiative, “The Fleming Reimagined,” implemented following the murder of George Floyd. She will share the process of beginning to address the legacies of institutional racism in the museum’s global collections of more than 25,000 paintings, sculptures and artifacts, and the changes this work has brought. Sponsored by the Adult Education Committee and the Anti-Racism Working Group. Click here for the Zoom link. For more information, contact Barbara Miller.
