DESCRIPTION:Beth El’s “Wise Aging” program is based on the book&nbsp\
 ;Wise Aging: Living with Joy\, Resilience\, and Spirit&nbsp\;by Rabbi Rach
 el Cowan and Dr. Lynda Thal. Chapters 1 through 7 were covered in previous
  sessions.&nbsp\;\n\nThe April 27 session will be held at Beth El and on Z
 oom from 2–4pm. It covers chapter 8: "Conscious Dying." Click here to re

 ion is on May 18\, covering chapter 9\, “Legacy and Stewardship.”It wi
 ll be led by our clergy and features JArts Community Creative Fellow Sandr
 a Mayo\, who works with memory\, legacy and connections using fiber arts. 
 She'll give a presentation about her work and lead us in participatory art
 making using genograms for mapping connections and important events. Learn
