DESCRIPTION:An intergenerational program for teens &amp\; congregants\n\nIn
  this intergenerational program\, teens along with congregants\, will expl
 ore how values drive us to succeed\, and how they may contribute to burnou
 t and decreased motivation. Individuals will personally explore these ques
 tions: “How do I balance my desire to succeed with my need to protect an
 d sustain myself as an individual? How do I say ‘no’ and hold a bounda
 ry when I’m getting burnt out?” Placing our values along a continuum\,
  we will investigate how we may be served and hurt by them.\n\nRegistratio
