  Zentangle® method is an easy-to-learn\, relaxing\, and fun way to create
  beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. In Zentangle®\, the foc
 us is on the process of creation rather than on the end result. As a medit
 ative art\, this practice can reduce stress\, increase focus and creativit
 y\, and offer a way to explore feelings and one's personal spiritual journ
 ey. In a Jewish context\, this art form can be used to create visual inter
 pretations of sacred texts and explore our relationship with Jewish life.\
