SUMMARY:Opening Event for Spring 2025 Members' Art Show
DESCRIPTION:Meet the contributing artists and learn about how they created 
 their work and what inspired them. The theme of the spring art show\, L'Do
 r V'Dor\, invites artists to express how they you hope to sustain the teac
 hings\, history\, customs\, and collective memory of their Jewish life. Th
 e art in the L'Dor V'Dor exhibit refers to Jewish continuity — how we ho
 pe to preserve our heritage by passing along essential values\, practices\
 , and wisdom. It is the gift we leave\, wrought from our own lives\, for f
 uture generations.\n\nThe show includes work in a variety of media includi
 ng drawing\, painting fiber art\, ceramics and book craft. After an introd
 uction to the exhibit\, artists will make brief presentations about how th
 ey created their work and what inspired them.
