DESCRIPTION:Have you heard a bit about the LBGTQ+ community and you have qu
 estions? What do these terms mean? Why is there a “+”? Why is it impor
 tant that people who are not LGBTQ+ know about that community? Why are the
 re different Pride flags? Join us for an educational presentation\, questi
 ons\, and discussion about "LGBTQ+ Concepts and Best Practices" with&nbsp\
 ;Sam Hipschman\, a community builder and facilitator based in western Mass
 achusetts. They currently work as Director of Community Organizing and Eng
 agement at Lab/Shul in New York and as a mental health therapist. Sam love
 s exploring the ways in which their trans/nonbinary and Jewish identities 
 support and deepen one another.\n\nThe event will be both in person at Bet
