 Through Dreamwork\, an illuminating and heartfelt guide that invites you t
 o connect with your ancestral legacies\, gifts and blessings and to heal a
 ny intergenerational wounds you may have inherited\, thereby transforming 
 pain into wisdom and trauma into blessing.\n\nYael demonstrates that recur
 ring dreams\, themes\, characters\, and landscapes can be an ancestor reac
 hing out. By tapping into the layers of consciousness of our dreams\, both
  those of our sleep and through sleep-adjacent practices such as guided im
 agery and meditation\, we can access this deep personal and collective wis
