Committees

Nothing in a community like ours happens on its own. Learning, praying, celebrating and having fun, operating our wonderful school, planning programs, working to repair the world….none of it would really happen without the involvement of our members. It’s a “hands on” place. Working with clergy and staff, members on our various committees roll up their sleeves, brainstorm, plan, kvetch, coordinate and execute. It is the dynamic that makes us tick. And without the ongoing work of enthusiastic, dedicated volunteers, we wouldn’t be the wonderful place that we are. Got a passion, expertise or just a yen to help? There’s a place for you. We encourage members to find an area that interests them and join in. It could be a committee, a one-time project or event. Maybe you like to garden, or enjoy decorating for holidays. Whatever it is, you’ll likely find a place for your interest here. It’s what community is all about—and we know you’ll find that connection rewarding.
